Bell Attendant / Driver

Hotel Maya in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Guest Services team member to serve as a Bell Attendant and Shuttle Driver onsite. This position combines guest-facing support with safe, reliable transportation, helping visitors feel welcomed from arrival through departure.

In this role, you will assist with luggage and transfers, drive guests to and from designated locations, and provide practical information that supports a smooth stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional, friendly first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and belongings during check-in, check-out, and room transfers.
• Transport guests safely and efficiently to and from designated locations within the property and surrounding areas.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles and assist with routine vehicle inspections.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other guest service functions as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or transportation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage and standing for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid-state issued Class C Driver’s License.
• Have proof of safe driving record as indicated by Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compensation: USD 20 per hourly.
