Breakfast Attendant

Giri Hotel Management is hiring a Full Time Breakfast Attendant for the Fairfield Inn Hooksett location in Hooksett, NH (onsite). In this morning-focused role, you will help prepare a welcoming breakfast experience by setting up the buffet and coffee station, supporting guests as they arrive, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area while following food safety guidelines.

This position is offered at $17 per hour. The role is based on High school education or equivalent experience, and the schedule is full time, 35 hours per shift, with morning (AM) hours that may vary based on business need. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

What you will do

• Set up the breakfast buffet and the coffee station in the hotel
• Stock and restock the breakfast buffet as needed
• Greet guests and help start their morning off on a positive note
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables
• Follow proper food safety guidelines at all times
• Assist guests with special requests and provide allergy-related information as needed
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What you bring

• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (limited) and push up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Love people, strong sense of urgency, and reliability

Preferred qualities

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Second language is a plus
