Cabinkeeper

Set in Catskill, NY, this onsite role supports the guest experience by keeping Postcard Cabins clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival. You will prepare cabin interiors and surrounding property spaces to brand standards, while providing courteous service that respects guest privacy.

Hotel Equities Group, LLC is hiring a Cabinkeeper to ensure each cabin and shared area meets cleanliness, comfort, and safety expectations. The position combines hands-on cleaning, inspection, and attention to detail in a fast-moving hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare cabins, patios, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Make beds and refresh linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, windows, floors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all cabin areas.
• Inspect cabins for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and any damaged or missing items promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, carts, laundry, and supply inventory.
• Provide friendly, courteous service while respecting guest privacy.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the property.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, vacation rental, Airbnb, or residential cleaning experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment, ladders, and cleaning products.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

• Salary: USD 18 - 18 per hour
