Custodian I Public

Suncoast Hotel & Casino is looking for a Custodian I Public to support the cleanliness and upkeep of shared spaces across the property in Las Vegas, NV. In this onsite role, you will keep public areas in good condition, assist with room service deliveries, and help maintain linen storage and equipment readiness.

The position includes routine cleaning of high-traffic areas, property clean up that may involve bio-chemical material, and preventative care of supplies and equipment. You will also transport items to guest rooms and manage linen cart activity to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including picking up and removing trash and debris.
• Complete property clean up, including clean-up involving bio-chemical material.
• Deliver and retrieve rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and other items to and from guest rooms.
• Stock linen supplies in linen closets and load and unload linen carts.
• Provide preventative care for equipment and supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms, and similar spaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred (minimum experience: 1 year).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.
