Job Description

MCNEILL HOTEL COMPANY LLC is seeking a Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy across two hotel properties in Twin Falls, ID (onsite). This role supports long-term growth by expanding new business development, maximizing combined revenue, and building a sales culture that strengthens guest experiences from group arrival to final billing. You will represent both properties in local business and key market networks while guiding a multi-property team to hit goals.

What you’ll do

  • Own the sales strategy for two properties, driving new business development and maximizing combined revenue across all market segments
  • Ensure in-house groups across both properties are well-served throughout their stay, supporting satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate and reinforce teamwork across departments at both hotels, including greeting groups, monitoring meetings, and supporting catering
  • Negotiate group contracts, room blocks, rate agreements, and multi-property deals
  • Assist with and oversee follow-up on rooming lists, direct billing, and other booked-business requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships in local corporations, association markets, and travel industry networks to benefit both properties
  • Plan weekly sales call coverage around achieving goals while balancing presence between locations
  • Build a high-performing multi-property sales team through training, mentoring, and participation in joint sales calls
  • Provide sales training to front office staff, the Sales Coordinator, and the Sales Manager at each property
  • Interview, select, train, develop, and administer performance appraisals for multi-property sales staff
  • Support inside sales lead flow and contribute to overall strategy for each hotel
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans and sales budgets with the General Managers, including market segment strategies to prospect for both properties
  • Apply revenue management principles and participate in revenue management calls and rate strategies for both assets using STR reports, demand analysis, and related resources
  • Use CRM and sales systems effectively (including Delphi.fdc, Salesforce, OPERA Sales & Catering)
  • Hold the team accountable for guest service scores influenced by the sales team across both locations
  • Follow company policies and procedures, plus other duties assigned by management

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years of hotel sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a guest service focus
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented
  • Proficient communication skills (read, write, and speak English)
  • Advanced personal computer skills and software application proficiency
