MCNEILL HOTEL COMPANY LLC is seeking a Dual Property Sales Coordinator to support the sales and leadership teams across two hotel properties in Twin Falls, ID. This onsite role helps keep event planning, administrative workflows, and client coordination running smoothly across both locations, with ownership of details that span multi-property calendars and guest interactions.

Role overview

The Dual Property Coordinator manages event-related processes from planning through completion, coordinating space, schedules, documentation, and communication between sales, operations, and culinary partners at each property. The position also serves as a primary point of contact for clients and lead inquiries when the Director of Sales or Sales Managers are not available, balancing on-site presence between locations based on event timing and business demand.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meeting plans, schedules, and functions across both property locations to support seamless execution at either site.
Conduct property tours and present hotel amenities, space options, and features for both hotels.
Secure meeting room business, issue contracts, and verify room setups align with customer specifications at each property.
Oversee event execution from setup through completion, adjusting on-site presence based on event schedules.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to optimize space, resources, and staffing across both locations.
Work directly with kitchen and catering teams at each property to coordinate food and beverage details.
Assist with large group check-ins and arrivals at either property during peak demand.
Maintain a respectful workplace across both teams by upholding attendance, performance, professional behavior, and sound judgment standards.
Maintain proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MHC Sales Systems for both hotel properties.
Prepare and send client proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for Sales/Ops meetings across both locations.
Ensure all sales documentation (BEOs, contracts, rooming lists, proposals) for both properties is accurate, timely, and compliant with brand standards.
Keep organized, centralized, and up-to-date sales files, group histories, and customer data for each hotel.
Secure group business across both locations by managing room blocks, tracking cut-off dates, and issuing contracts.
Monitor and follow up on rooming lists, direct billing approvals, and special requests for previously booked business at both sites.
Coordinate schedules, correspondence, and daily workflows to support dual-property sales leadership.
Adhere to sales administrative standards, including multi-property report preparation, weekly sales calls, and deadline management.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across both hotels in the absence of the Director of Sales or Sales Managers.
Answer, filter, and route incoming calls and lead inquiries promptly for both properties.
Respond to brand lead channels, voicemails, and walk-in inquiries for either location in a timely manner.
Lead site inspections and property showcases for potential group and event clients across both venues.
Assist in qualifying inside sales leads and supporting regional sales strategies for both properties.
Resolve client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to support guest satisfaction at both hotels.
Manage client feedback and provide post-event/stay follow-up support across both properties.
Implement and uphold brand service recovery protocols for both hotel sites.
Foster collaboration, clear communication, and teamwork between staff and department heads of both properties.
Flex work schedule and physical presence between both locations based on business demand and operational priorities.
Ensure sales collateral, property kits, and promotional materials are stocked, organized, and available at both locations.
Maintain compliance with MHC company policies, brand standards, and local/state regulations across both operations.
Research and cultivate prospective leads, coordinate promotional e-blasts, and participate in sales blitzes for both market segments.
Assist in identifying operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures across both properties, including inventory control for sales supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace compliance at both hotel offices.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales, General Managers, or regional management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Two or more years of experience in a hotel, clerical, or sales role preferred.
Certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
Highly organized with strong client follow-up skills.
Competitive, self-motivated, and a natural self-starter.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

MCNEILL HOTEL COMPANY LLC is seeking a Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy across two hotel properties in Twin Falls, ID (onsite). This role supports long-term growth by expanding new business development, maximizing combined revenue, and building a sales culture that strengthens guest experiences from group arrival to final billing. You will represent both properties in local business and key market networks while guiding a multi-property team to hit goals.

What you’ll do

Own the sales strategy for two properties, driving new business development and maximizing combined revenue across all market segments
Ensure in-house groups across both properties are well-served throughout their stay, supporting satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate and reinforce teamwork across departments at both hotels, including greeting groups, monitoring meetings, and supporting catering
Negotiate group contracts, room blocks, rate agreements, and multi-property deals
Assist with and oversee follow-up on rooming lists, direct billing, and other booked-business requirements
Build and maintain relationships in local corporations, association markets, and travel industry networks to benefit both properties
Plan weekly sales call coverage around achieving goals while balancing presence between locations
Build a high-performing multi-property sales team through training, mentoring, and participation in joint sales calls
Provide sales training to front office staff, the Sales Coordinator, and the Sales Manager at each property
Interview, select, train, develop, and administer performance appraisals for multi-property sales staff
Support inside sales lead flow and contribute to overall strategy for each hotel
Develop and maintain marketing plans and sales budgets with the General Managers, including market segment strategies to prospect for both properties
Apply revenue management principles and participate in revenue management calls and rate strategies for both assets using STR reports, demand analysis, and related resources
Use CRM and sales systems effectively (including Delphi.fdc, Salesforce, OPERA Sales & Catering)
Hold the team accountable for guest service scores influenced by the sales team across both locations
Follow company policies and procedures, plus other duties assigned by management

What you bring
