Executive Housekeeper

At Hotel Indigo Atlanta - Vinings Galleria in Atlanta, this onsite role leads the hotel’s Back of the House operations to keep rooms and public spaces in strong condition. The Executive Housekeeper coordinates day-to-day cleanliness, room readiness, and laundry support while also supporting team staffing, training, and guest experience through brand-standard execution and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and manage the housekeeping board each morning to align coverage with daily needs.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, any maintenance concerns, and adherence to brand standards.
• Hire Back of House employees (excluding the maintenance team unless directed by the GM).
• Train employees on hotel cleaning standards, laundry standards, and Back of House procedures.
• Maintain stock levels by keeping the hotel supplied and tracking inventory on hand.
• Ensure team uniform compliance, including nametags, and that uniforms are worn daily.
• Maintain labor standards set by the GM.
• Address guest concerns and help meet or exceed the minimum expected scores on Medallia/Brand QA when possible.
• Change bed linen and make beds, and remove or restock used towels.
• Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop floors, as well as dust furniture and fixtures.
• Replenish bath care products (such as soap and shampoo) and restock beverages and beverage supplies.
• Clean public areas such as corridors and common areas as needed.
• Assist with laundry duties when needed.
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs in a timely manner using QUORE.
• Respond to guest questions, including inquiries about additional services.
• Support lost-item recovery by coordinating with the front desk and turning in items with any possible received value to management.
• Ensure assigned rooms are clean and fully restocked by the end of the shift.
• Follow hotel security guidelines.
• Participate in the mandatory MOD program, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to perform to high-performance standards with little to no supervision.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Compensation: USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year.
