Job Description

At Estancia La Jolla, A Noble House Hotel, the Experience Artist plays a highly visible, people-facing role that helps guests make the most of their stay. This onsite position in La Jolla, CA is centered on showcasing the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area while delivering service that turns everyday moments into lasting memories.

You will directly influence guests’ experiences through patience, empathy, and practical problem-solving, bringing a results-focused approach to every interaction.

What you’ll do

  • Proudly showcase the hotel, its amenities, and the local surroundings.
  • Meet and interact with guests and visitors from all over the world.
  • Impact the guest stay through the ability to create memorable experiences for all guests.

What you bring

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to multitask.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as a team member and collaborator.
  • Minimum two years of concierge experience with a proven record of delivering “best in class” customer interactions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to learn and use the hotel’s computer systems.
  • High responsibility and reliability.
  • Availability to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, and shifts on weekends and holidays as operational needs require.

  • Hourly pay: USD 24 - 24 per hour
