Guest Experience Associate

Campfire Hotel is hiring a part-time Guest Experience Associate for onsite day shifts in Bend, OR with weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and support check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and address guest questions
• Manage reservations and handle guest requests
• Assist with guest concerns by resolving issues professionally and calmly
• Support housekeeping and laundry operations as needed
• Fold laundry, stock supplies, and help with room readiness
• Keep the lobby and common areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Help maintain the overall appearance and atmosphere of the property
• Work as part of a team that steps in wherever needed

• Willingness to help outside the front desk when needed
• Initiative and readiness to take care of tasks without constant direction
• Hospitality experience is a plus; training available for the right person

Pay: USD 18 - 19 per hour.
