Hotel Night Auditor

AC Hotel By Marriott Downtown St. Petersburg is seeking a detail-focused Hotel Night Auditor to manage core front desk operations through the night. In this onsite role in Saint Petersburg, FL, you will handle reservations, guest arrivals and departures, payments, and essential property documentation while supporting a consistent level of guest service.

You will also help protect hotel assets by maintaining control of keys, safe deposits, and guest/company property. Throughout your shift, you’ll support brand standards by completing required processes on time, optimizing rates, and providing helpful information about local attractions and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in line with brand quality assurance standards
• Maintain a friendly, hospitable presence with guests and team members, with desk coverage during all hours
• Develop and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to support guest requests
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are completed according to company policies
• Maintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest property
• Support revenue optimization by monitoring competitor occupancy and rates
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Properly quote daily rates and issue credits as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proficiency in administering applicable property management systems
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
• Experience with accurate cash handling and credit cards, including maintaining security of confidential information
• Ability to pass certification tests required to meet brand standards
• Experience working with a computer, including data entry
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a customer-first mindset
• Approachable communication style with both guests and fellow team members

Pay & Schedule

• $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
• 32.0 - 40.0 hours per week
