Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper

The AC Hotel McKinney is hiring a Room Attendant / Housekeeper to support daily housekeeping operations and guest room readiness on site in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own daily housekeeping execution for the department by completing cleaning and servicing tasks based on established standards and procedures
• Clean, refresh, and arrange assigned guest rooms to hotel standards prior to guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas throughout the property
• Complete laundry duties as needed
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms to support smooth operations
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service while working
• Assist guests with requests and questions as they arise
• Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager

Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Comfort communicating with guests you encounter
• Comfort communicating with housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms
