Housekeeper

At Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in International Falls, MN, the Housekeeper role supports an inviting, comfortable stay by keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, stocked, and ready for the day. This is an onsite position focused on delivering consistent housekeeping standards while responding to guest needs and helping the team maintain safe, well-prepared spaces.

Shifts require reliable performance from start to finish, with each assigned area cleaned and maintained according to established goals. The hourly pay range for this role is $15 - $17.

Key Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels and ensure rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture and clean public areas such as corridors
• Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)
• Restock beverages and the coffee station
• Clean public common areas including hallways, restrooms, fitness, pool, and guest laundry facilities as assigned
• Perform laundry functions, including proper folding and restocking of storage rooms and carts
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address guests’ queries, including questions about additional services
• Help guests retrieve lost items
• Follow hotel security guidelines
• Perform any extra duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Work experience as a Housekeeper
• Good physical health and stamina
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions

• Clean rooms within established goals per room
• Follow all state and federal guidelines, including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training
• Maintain a high level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
