Housekeeper

At The Outrider Hotel, the Housekeeper role is central to how guest spaces feel from the moment they arrive. You will keep rooms and shared areas impeccably cleaned and carefully prepared, helping a newly renovated property maintain a polished, “ready for the next guest” standard.

This onsite position in Manitou Springs, CO supports daily cleanliness across indoor and outdoor amenities, with a key focus on thorough execution and consistent quality. The hourly pay range is USD 16–18 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Complete high-level cleans that meet the “Operations Manager eye,” with spotless glass, crisp linens, and no dust left behind.
• Finish rooms with the final details in place, including temperature, lighting, and proper setup before a guest arrives.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout common areas, the pool and hot tub patio, and the outdoor sauna area.
• Run the wash-dry-fold process with precision to keep Room Stylists consistently stocked.
• Support inventory tracking for detergent, chemicals, and linen levels to avoid running out or over-ordering.
• Inspect linens and items so that no frayed or stained pieces return to rotation.
• On busy days, help where needed, including staging a VIP room or assisting with urgent tasks outside of the laundry room.
