Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Support full turnover cleaning and stay-over service cleaning to keep rooms fresh and guest-ready in a fast-paced setting.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to management.
• Restock supplies including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products as needed.
• Use and maintain all cleaning equipment safely to ensure it remains in good working order.
• Assist with laundry services when required to support housekeeping operations.
• Collaborate with other team members to help ensure seamless service for guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus, not required.
