Housekeeper Part-Time (Weekends)

Part-time weekend Housekeeper role onsite in De Pere, WI, focused on preparing clean, fully stocked rooms for guest check-in.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock assigned guest rooms, including:
• Changing linens on beds
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Stocking room supplies
• Emptying trash
• Hand washing wall and floor tiles, toilets, tubs, and sink fixtures
• Complete laundry tasks as needed, including moving linen to storerooms if required
• Support laundry activities: washing, drying, folding, and stocking
• Empty and clean vacuum cleaner at the end of the day
• Perform daily required public area cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness in interior and exterior public spaces
• Coordinate with supervisors and the maintenance team to flag maintenance or repair needs
• Stock the room attendant cart with full supplies at the end of the day
• Handle lost and found items by turning in all items and following procedures (bag, tag, and hold for 90 days)
• Perform quarterly and deep cleaning tasks and maintain required logs
• Report status of rooms cleaned in a timely manner
• Provide a courteous guest experience
• Implement company safety and security policies and procedures
• Report any employee injury to your supervisor immediately
• Complete other duties assigned by the General Manager
• With assistance, lift and move furniture and equipment
• With assistance, flip or rotate mattresses

Requirements

• Neat, well-groomed appearance
• Wear the appropriate company uniform, including a name tag
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, including use of stairs
• Ability to stoop, bend, and reach objects above head and below knees
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 lbs. or less without assistance

Purpose of Position

• Provide clean, fully supplied rooms for guests at check-in

• Clean rooms within established goals per room
• Follow state and federal guidelines, including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training
• Follow brand standards
• Maintain a high level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
