Housekeeper

Waikiki Central Hotel in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Housekeeper to support daily room readiness and guest-facing cleanliness. This onsite role typically follows a 7-hour shift on both weekends and weekdays, with start times planned around hotel needs.

The position focuses on maintaining tidy, well-stocked rooms through consistent cleaning tasks, along with additional duties assigned by management when needed. If you have prior housekeeping experience and can meet the physical demands of the role, this opportunity may be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Make beds
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean surfaces throughout assigned rooms
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Vacuum rooms
• Complete other duties as deemed needed by management

Work Schedule and Onsite Details

• Work weekends and weekdays
• Usually work about 7 hours a day
• Day begins at 8:30 AM and ends once there are no more rooms to be cleaned
• Onsite (in person) work at the hotel
• Parking is provided while you are working

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Previous experience as a housekeeper

Compensation and Benefits

• $23.00 per hour starting pay
• Paid time off according to WCH policies
• 3% match into Simple IRA if elected
