Responsibilities

• Complete thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors using proper floor care methods
• Support sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas on a regular basis
• Handle laundry operations: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens or clothing efficiently
• Deliver strong customer service by responding to residents or guests requests promptly and professionally
• Perform residential or commercial cleaning with accuracy to ensure spaces meet cleanliness expectations
• Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Assist housekeeping management as needed, including support with scheduling and inventory control to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments
• Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care procedures
• Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning methods is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in housekeeper management is a plus
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Prior hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
