Houseman

Support day-to-day housekeeping operations at Copper King Hotel & Convention Center in Butte, MT (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up guest-requested items promptly and professionally
• Handle guest requests and inquiries with courteous, timely responses
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, stairwells, and other public areas
• Assist with trash removal throughout the property
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
• Clean assigned public spaces and housekeeping areas
• Complete light maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all brand and company cleanliness and service standards

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, basic math, and reading skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
• Commitment to upholding brand and company standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
