Houseman

The Hotel Saratoga is looking for a dedicated Houseman to help keep our property looking its best. This onsite role in Saratoga Springs, NY focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, helping guests and visitors feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. You will work as part of a team committed to safety, cleanliness, and a smooth hospitality experience.

Compensation: USD 18 per hour.

What you’ll be doing

• Clean public spaces including hallways, the lobby, and other common areas to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Wash windows and ensure they are free of smudges and dirt to support the overall look of the property.
• Regularly walk the property to identify and remove trash from both outdoor and indoor areas.
• Remove trash by taking out all trash receptacles according to established schedules and procedures.
• Support housekeeping staff by assisting with guest room cleaning only when requested by the housekeeping manager (this is not part of typical daily duties).
• Assist with other general maintenance or support tasks as needed to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
