Houseperson

In this Houseperson role at Kompose Boutique Hotel Houston CY-FAIR, you help support daily housekeeping operations by keeping public areas maintained, delivering required supplies, and assisting with room turns and guest-request support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and to housekeeping staff.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest floors and service areas.
• Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness areas.
• Assist with room turns, deep cleaning projects, and furniture setups.
• Respond to guest requests and support room attendants as needed.
• Keep storage closets and carts stocked, organized, and secured.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality support is preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Respectful communication and a guest-first mindset.

Compensation and Location

This is an onsite position in Houston, TX with an hourly wage of USD 14.
