Job Description
The Luxury Guest Experience Specialist role at Saratoga Arms Hotel, onsite in Saratoga Springs, NY, offers compensation of $18-$23 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
- Foster relationships from the initial contact through departure.
- Design tailored itineraries, dining recommendations and local experiences.
- Identify opportunities to elevate each stay with thoughtful upgrades, amenities and experiences.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, food & beverage and concierge to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest concerns with confidence, empathy and urgency.
- Maintain meticulous attention to reservations, guest preferences and daily operations.
- Contribute to an atmosphere that feels elegant, effortless and genuinely welcoming.
Requirements
- Passion for making guests feel cared for.
- Polished, articulate and confident demeanor.
- Enjoys sales as a way to match guests with experiences they will love, not for the act of selling.
- Keen eye for details that others may miss.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment while staying calm and gracious.
- Proactive ownership and initiative.
- Interest in learning about wine, restaurants, events and all that Saratoga has to offer.
- Aspiring to build a career in luxury hospitality.

Bonus Points If You Have
