Overnight Night Audit role in Phoenix, AZ (onsite) focused on end-of-day financial close, guest billing support, and overnight front desk coverage.

Complete accurate, timely end-of-day financial reconciliation to ensure guest accounts match hotel records
Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments with precision
Handle guest billing inquiries, including charges and folio-related questions, with clear explanations and strong guest service
Produce and distribute financial and operational reports for hotel management and other departments
Run daily transaction audits, flagging and resolving discrepancies, errors, or potential issues
Support Front Desk operations overnight, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Monitor and control access to the hotel overnight to maintain guest and property security
Serve as the point of contact for emergencies, following protocol and coordinating the required response
Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and support compliance with accounting standards
Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards

Minimum 2 years of experience in Night Audit or accounting within hospitality is preferred
Opera PMS experience is preferred
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is preferred
Proficiency with property management systems
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with a customer service focus
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
