Private Bar Attendant

Support a polished private bar experience by restocking, maintaining, and organizing guest room and private bar setups with consistent cleanliness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow Service Guidelines to stock guest room private bars and maintain standards of cleanliness and organization
• Participate in bi-weekly inventory counts for products in storage areas and guest rooms
• Monitor product sales inventory by item to support accurate reordering
• Track product expiration dates to maintain quality and readiness
• Track occupied rooms and accurately charge guests for products used
• Complete side work tasks assigned by the manager
• Assist other food and beverage departments as needed
• Recommend service and product improvements to strengthen operations
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organized at all times
• Attend all required meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience, ideally within an upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, with initiative to learn and pride in service
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised
• Computer skills helpful (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods to meet high-volume needs
• Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 lbs for carts, cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods to clean and organize guest rooms, storage, and equipment
• May be required to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
