Room Attendant position in San Diego, CA onsite, offering $19 per hour.

Clean and service guest rooms following Baxter Hotel Group standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across assignments.
Make beds, replace linens, and keep rooms neat, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
Restock in-room amenities, towels, and supplies based on occupancy and usage.
Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance.
Vacuum carpets and clean floors, bathrooms, and other assigned areas to meet cleanliness benchmarks.
Identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items and report them promptly for action.
Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold hotel policies.
Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests when assistance is needed.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in an organized and well-stocked manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and effective coverage during shifts.
Respect guest privacy and security while performing duties and handling belongings with care.

Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shifts.
