Room Attendant

The Room Attendant role at Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark in Duluth, MN is onsite and supports an attentive, well-maintained guest room experience. The position focuses on cleaning, replenishing, disinfecting, and handling guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Clean guest laundry areas as needed, including washer and dryer, along with table and mopping the floor.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms, including towels, extra pillows, and supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report and deliver lost and found items to the appropriate office or department.
• Work in a team environment and support team members to help ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.

Required Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work the majority of the shift standing, constantly moving, and lift 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and coworkers.

Schedule & Work Style

This position may be worked solo or with a small group while still supporting a broader team to maintain consistent standards across the property.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour (USD).
