Room Attendant

Onsite in Euless, TX, this role focuses on keeping every guest room, hallway, and public area fresh, clean, and welcoming. You will follow established hotel procedures and company standards while stocking supplies, supporting safe operations, and delivering consistent, service-first room readiness each day.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas throughout the hotel.
• Service guest rooms daily in line with hotel procedures.
• Stock the housekeeping cart with room supplies.
• Replace bed linen and replenish guest room items while following company standards and safety and security procedures.
• Approach guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Keep high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag per brand standards.
• Comply at all times with Mid-Continent Hospitality standards and regulations to support safe, efficient operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of rooms per shift.
• Complete pre-cleaning setup, including arranging guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for the housekeeping cart.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Clean with the door always closed unless the guest requests otherwise.
• Report missing items from rooms (for example, iron/boards, hair dryers) to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found according to established standards.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field (preferred).
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work capacity, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
• Ability to bend, lift, and remain standing or walking for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to convey information clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of provided instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
