Room Attendant / Housekeeper

Wagner Hospitality Management / IRIS HOTEL BOSTON is seeking a dependable Room Attendant / Housekeeper to help keep guest spaces clean, comfortable, and ready for every stay. This onsite role in Brookline, MA offers an hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.00 and flexible scheduling, along with benefits that support your health and time away from work.

Work location: In person (onsite). Ability to commute: Brookline, MA 02446 (required). Relocation: Brookline, MA 02446 (required) prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in line with established standards
• Change linens and make beds
• Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional experience is a plus, including knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment, and familiarity with custodial procedures.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
