Room Attendant - Housekeeping

Join Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City onsite in Atlantic City, NJ as a Room Attendant supporting clean, safe rooms and responsible gaming and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms using approved cleaning agents and equipment, following department policies
• Remove, inventory, and replace soiled linens; prepare rooms for guest arrivals
• Organize and replenish guest room amenities
• Maintain a clean, orderly cart with adequate supplies
• Maintain clean, safe, and hazard-free work areas within assigned responsibility areas
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
• Promote positive guest and team member relations at all times
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline when observing illegal acts or internal ethics violations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
