Seasonal Experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent

The Bernic Hotel Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a part-time Seasonal Hotel Front Desk Agent to support the property on a temporary basis during the season. This role is onsite in New York, NY, with an anticipated contract ending in mid-January, and schedules that can vary across mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially overnight.

If you have at least a year of hotel front desk experience and the flexibility to cover required shifts, this position is designed for you. Note: applicants with no hotel front desk experience will be automatically disqualified from consideration.

Role details

• Job type: part time
• Position: temporary seasonal
• Contract timeline: anticipated to end in mid-January
• Schedule: 3–5 shifts per week with flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays
• Onsite work location: in person
• Night/overnight coverage: Night Shift and Overnight Shift are required

Pay

• Hourly rate: USD $21–$25 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum experience: 1 year of hotel front desk experience (required)
• Hotel systems: experience with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS); Hilton PEP is a plus
• Skills: strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability: flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight relief shifts (required)
• Eligibility note: applicants with no hotel experience will be automatically disqualified
• Experience preference: Hilton experience is preferred
