You work closely with housekeeping and guest services to help ensure the room experience stays consistent, polished, and quietly memorable.

This onsite role is based in Laguna Beach, CA, with an hourly rate of USD 21. The work happens when the sun goes down, and your attention to the details is what turns a standard room into an evening sanctuary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms each evening with soft linens turned back and lighting adjusted to the right mood.
• Add small, thoughtful touches, including a chilled bottle of water, a handwritten note, and a chocolate placed with precision.
• Anticipate unspoken needs with a steady presence that understands how luxury shows up in the details.
• Maintain an impeccable standard of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance appropriate for a coastal retreat near celebrated shoreline.
• Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping and guest services to keep each room experience consistently elegant.

Requirements

• Strong eye for detail and a consistent, careful approach to room presentation.
• Calm, graceful presence and genuine warmth, including when the work is largely unseen.
• Prior hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred, with a passion for craftsmanship valued most.
• Ability to work evenings, aligned with the timing of the nightly turn-down experience.
• A preference for quiet excellence over loud applause.
