Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Wellness Ambassador. In this position, you will support unforgettable spa experiences by assisting guests and helping ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities.
Using your high energy and attention to detail, you will create a calm, welcoming atmosphere and support guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa journey.
Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team that values your dedication and offers opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
