ServSafe Certification is a plus.
Essential statistical and analytical skills to evaluate revenue opportunities and identify shortfalls.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager at The Wigwam, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's dining venues to deliver outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and solid financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of all assigned food and beverage outlets, including restaurant and bar operations, In-Room Dining, reservations, and guest interactions.
Coordinate front-of-house, bar, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service consistency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health, safety, sanitation, and alcoholic beverage regulations.
Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience by engaging with guests and resolving concerns, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service trends, and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Monitor inventory and place orders for all beverage products.
Manage departmental labor, food, beverage, and operating supply costs while achieving budgeted financial objectives.
Monitor inventory levels, purchasing practices, and product quality to ensure cost-effective operations and minimize waste.
Partner with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to develop seasonal menus, promotions, themed events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, with at least one to three years in a supervisory role.
Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software is preferred.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.

The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, Arizona, a Four Diamond property operated by Pyramid Hotel Group, seeks a Property Executive Chef to lead culinary operations onsite. This role directs menu development, cost control, safety, and team growth while partnering with the Corporate Chef to drive centralized programs across the brand.

Responsibilities

Develop menus reflecting seasonal availability aligned with the restaurant concept, and establish merchandising programs for grab-and-go and other hotel food retail elements.
Analyze menus and procedures to improve profitability and quality.
Stay attuned to trends and adjust offerings based on guest needs, the hotel guest mix, and industry movements.
Creatively design daily, seasonal, and special event menus to enhance the guest experience.
Forecast purchases and manage food costs to align with budget targets.
Lead in safety, efficiency, and sanitary production.
