Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverage options while meeting quality and presentation standards
Enter orders and manage billing using Aloha POS and Micros POS
Process cash transactions accurately and complete payments quickly
Engage guests with friendly, professional service to enhance their experience and support sales through suggestive selling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in line with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving and help keep the bar stocked
Restock supplies efficiently and manage bar inventory
Perform basic math for bills and tips, including change calculations
Coordinate with kitchen staff during banquet or catering events to keep service flowing in fine dining or nightclub settings

Previous bartender experience in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent customer service
Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha POS and/or Micros POS
Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies
Retail math and cash handling skills with strong ability to perform basic math for accurate billing and change
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to diverse clientele in hospitality settings
Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus; enthusiasm for learning is required
