Bellperson

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Bellperson (onsite) with guest services experience to support smooth arrivals, room deliveries, and a welcoming lobby environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude at check-in or upon arrival
• Help guests with luggage, providing prompt and efficient service
• Share details on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain key features and facilities
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items directly to guest rooms
• Arrange transportation for guests when requested
• Keep the lobby area neat, organized, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and assist to help ensure a memorable stay

Requirements

• 1 year of prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
• Valid CDL license where applicable
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
