Engineering Manager

1 Hotel South Beach, L.L.C. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team onsite in Miami Beach, FL. In this role, you will help keep hotel operations running smoothly by setting clear direction for facilities, strengthening compliance practices, and partnering with your team to stay open-minded, imaginative, and solution-focused.

• Oversee the overall maintenance team and manage hotel facilities day to day.
• Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing financial performance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with a meticulous, detail-driven approach.
• Lead by example and influence team members to remain open, imaginative, and focused on solutions.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or a related technical school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of Engineering experience at a manager level.
• Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements as they relate to hotel operations and chemical storage per OSHA.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle both verbal and written communication effectively.
• Flexibility to support a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
