Job Description

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Facilities Shift Supervisor onsite in Snoqualmie, WA to support ongoing building maintenance and critical systems. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, this role helps maintain day-to-day facility readiness, guides the maintenance and grounds team, and coordinates the completion of assigned duties across the shift.

This full-time, exempt position provides leadership coverage during the overnight schedule and steps in to support the department as needed. The selected supervisor will oversee safe, compliant operations while partnering with internal teams and external contractors to deliver renovation and construction work to standards.

Role Summary

  • Assist the Facilities Operations Manager in maintaining building maintenance operations and critical systems for the property.
  • Supervise the maintenance and grounds team to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Lead shift meetings, drive communication, and support performance management to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Maintenance department to support efficient operations, safety, compliance with building codes, and timely completion of renovation projects.
  • Oversee remodeling, renovation, and construction projects, including management of third-party contractor relationships for quality service and adherence to standards.
  • Use working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure preventative maintenance and service requests are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Conduct shift meetings, provide direction, manage staff performance, and maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, and maintain accurate records of tasks, service reports, and department performance.
  • Step into the Facilities Operations Manager role as needed and complete other duties assigned to support department success.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of facilities and operational management experience at comparable size and infrastructure, including knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, carpet installation, kitchen equipment, and environmental services.
  • Knowledge of emergency shut-off procedures for gas, water, electricity, etc.
  • Familiarity with business administration, engineering, and design principles, with some hands-on experience to support facility management functions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to relay information, provide clear instructions, and coordinate with team members and external partners.
  • Technical or vocational training in construction or maintenance to support operational needs and facility upkeep.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, communication, and data management.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents for accurate execution of projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and the ability to provide clear safety instructions to team members.
  • One (1) year of experience leading others in a supervisory or lead role.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay range: USD 70,761 - 101,896 per yearly
  • Specific pay rate: $70,761.12 - $77,837.23/annually (dependent on experience)
  • Shift: Grave, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Availability: Weekends and holidays are required
  • Position type: Full-time, Exempt
