Food and Beverage Supervisor
Job Description
Lead day-to-day restaurant and lounge operations while supporting service quality, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including managing workflow for the restaurant/lounge and supporting smooth service delivery
- Schedule shifts and help coordinate daily staffing needs
- Provide training and coaching opportunities for staff to support consistent performance
- Hire and train team members
- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service and addressing operational needs
- Oversee food preparation standards and verify compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene requirements
- Manage inventory and purchases for food and supplies
- Complete daily inspections of the restaurant area and equipment to ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Maintain sales records and prepare operations reports
- Organize and manage employee schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and late hours as needed
- Previous restaurant experience required; hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to delegate tasks and communicate respectfully and effectively
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- $22 - $22 per hour (USD)
