Hotel Guest Service Representative

Join Moxy Omaha Downtown in Omaha, NE onsite as a Hotel Guest Service Representative supporting guests with fast, friendly service across reservations, check-in/out, and daily requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, prompt guest service by answering phones, handling reservations, and managing check-in/check-out
• Create a personalized, memorable experience through friendly and professional guest interactions
• Use the property management system to make reservations, check guests in/out, and process payments
• Maintain a cash drawer and operate standard office equipment
• Provide a high standard of service by anticipating needs, listening attentively, and responding quickly to questions, requests, and complaints
• Resolve guest issues with timely, empathetic responses, including solutions that may require creative thinking
• Apply sales techniques to effectively sell the property and help maximize occupancy and revenue

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Accurate cash handling experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Positive attitude with an outgoing, friendly approach
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at USD 18 - 20 per hourly; experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage
