Hotel Housekeeper

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Part-Time Hotel Housekeeper in River Falls, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and inviting.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to promote a safe work environment.
• Support other housekeeping tasks as needed to uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
• Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial management is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently using appropriate tools and chemicals.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
