Hotel Houseperson

Support guest stays at AC Hotel McKinney by keeping rooms, floors, and public areas clean, stocked, and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other hotel departments.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks to keep guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises clean and orderly.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintain housekeeping carts for daily service readiness.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pick up clean linen and refill the par stock of linen in each floor pantry.
