Hotel Night Auditor

AC Hotel Biltmore Phoenix is seeking an Hotel Night Auditor to help keep overnight operations running smoothly, protect accurate financial records, and deliver welcoming guest service throughout the night. This onsite role in Phoenix, AZ positions you as the first point of contact during the night shift, supporting both guest needs and the safety and security of the property.

You will conduct nightly reviews, manage key front desk tasks after hours, and ensure that billing and revenue reporting stays accurate. You will also be responsible for clear communication across departments through phone support and detailed shift documentation that helps enable seamless handovers to daytime staff.

What you’ll do

• Complete nightly audits of all hotel transactions using the property management systems (PMS) to confirm accuracy in billing and revenue reports
• Oversee front desk operations overnight, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining professionalism and warmth
• Manage multi-line phone systems with strong phone etiquette, providing timely assistance to guests and internal departments
• Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support smooth transitions to daytime staff
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints using effective customer service problem-solving to support satisfaction and positive relationships
• Support reservation processes for late-night bookings or modifications through hospitality reservation systems, keeping client communication clear

What you bring

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, phone communication, and efficiently fulfilling guest requests
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest services standards to help maintain a secure environment
• Strong ability to address customer service issues quickly while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, hotel reservation systems, and property management software to streamline nightly operations
