Housekeeper

The Gilchrist Club, part of Pyramid Hotel Group, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to uphold pristine lodges, impeccable sanitation, and attentive service for members in Trenton, Florida. This onsite role centers on meticulous linen management, safe operations, and a steady commitment to member satisfaction within Pyramid Global Hospitality’s standards.

Location: Trenton, FL (onsite)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Keep the work cart or van organized and properly stocked
• Utilize equipment, supplies, and amenities properly and efficiently
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned lodges
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the Club’s standards
• Observe safety standards and be aware of hazards (such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks) and report issues promptly
• Respect for members’ property should always be exercised
• Provide responsible care of equipment
• Report to work on time according to the posted schedule and maintain accurate time records
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to members and co workers at all times
• Perform other related duties as requested by management and the Lead Housekeeper

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to move and reach to clean corners and high areas; navigate carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment including ladders, spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, and dusters
• Lift, carry, and position loads of 25-50 lbs
