Housekeeper

Branson Falls Lodge by Choice an Ascend Hotel Collection is hiring a Housekeeper onsite in Branson, MO, with a focus on delivering clean, organized, and comfortable private homes. In this role, you will complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks within scheduled hours, support laundry operations, and help ensure floors and surfaces stay in top condition.

What you will do

• Clean residential spaces thoroughly, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain a spotless environment.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures for kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to support health and safety.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely, and keep tools and supplies clean.
• Complete manual tasks that may involve heavy lifting, outdoor work, or moving furniture using proper technique to prevent injury.
• Support floor care through activities such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance.
• Communicate with clients to understand specific needs or preferences and provide customer service that goes beyond expectations.

What you bring

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following health protocols.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and finish duties within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy objects, outdoor work, and prolonged standing.
• Communication skills for client interaction and understanding household requirements.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and disinfectants, including proper usage procedures.

Pay and schedule

• Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No more than 50.0 hours per week
• Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
