Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform nightly financial audits of billing, payments, and account adjustments to maintain accuracy and policy compliance.
Maintain detailed records of activities, shift reports, incident logs, and guest requests for accountability and reference.
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, process reservations, and coordinate internal communications, with multilingual support if applicable.
Monitor security systems and conduct safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address issues quickly and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality, with a strong background in front desk operations or night audit functions.
Excellent customer service abilities, a friendly demeanor, and the capacity to manage guest relations diplomatically.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse guest population.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for audits and record-keeping.
Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and alertness.
Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous; familiarity with guest services protocols is essential.
