Room Attendant

Bring your hospitality standards to life at Hotel Grand Victorian in Branson, MO. This onsite Room Attendant role focuses on keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and ready for a great stay, while supporting a team committed to service and care.

What you’ll do

• Clean and service guest rooms based on hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Address guest requests and special needs promptly to help ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, organized linen closet and storage areas
• Report maintenance issues and any safety hazards to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting with other duties as needed

What you bring

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
