Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
• Address guest requests and special needs promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and supply carts
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
• Support other housekeeping duties as needed to keep the team operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
