Housekeeper

Part-time Housekeeper role in Andover, MA (onsite) with Giri Hotel Management, offering $16 per hour plus tips. What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across guest rooms and hotel public spaces. Your work supports a memorable stay by ensuring rooms look great, supplies are stocked, and areas remain organized and ready for guests.

• Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting
• Return any guest properties left behind and report them appropriately
• Report any cases of property damage to your supervisor
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate special guest needs
• Handle other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel to support a unique guest experience

Schedule and Work Focus

• Part Time, 24-hour shift schedule option
• Morning (AM) and Afternoon (PM) opportunities
• Must be flexible with weekends and holidays; scheduled days and times may vary based on need
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required
• Continuous standing for 90% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (limited)
• Ability to push up to 50 lbs
• Can work independently
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required

Preferred qualities: previous customer-facing experience, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures, strong attention to detail, and a second language is a plus.

Compensation and Support
