Housekeeping

Ledgestone Suites Hotel - Elko is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to support clean, comfortable residential spaces in Elko, NV. This in-person role focuses on consistent quality, attentive service, and keeping homes well maintained based on each client’s needs.

As you work through daily cleaning and care tasks, you will also help create a positive experience by responding to questions and concerns promptly. The position is available as full-time or part-time, with an expected schedule of 32.0 to 40.0 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

• Complete thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing across all areas of the home.
• Launder linens and clothing as needed, ensuring proper care and handling of fabrics.
• Carry out carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain both appearance and hygiene.
• Handle housekeeping duties efficiently by prioritizing tasks according to client needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare light meals or assist with cooking when required by clients.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies, and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Follow safety protocols when using cleaning products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic cooking skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay and Employment Details

• Location: Elko, NV (onsite, in person)
• Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
