Housekeeping

Join The Boca Grande Hotel and Palmetto Inn in Boca Grande, FL as a part-time housekeeping team member onsite. This role focuses on delivering clean, comfortable guest spaces through reliable cleaning routines and service preparation. The position requires weekends and includes travel, with an employee bridge pass available.

Responsibilities

• Complete general housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Make beds and change linens as needed for guest-ready rooms
• Restock supplies including toiletries and cleaning products
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain consistent quality
• Respond to special requests from clients or guests
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized
• Perform additional related duties assigned by a supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or residential housekeeping is preferred
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients or guests
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Weekends are a must
• Bridge pass available to employees
• Ability to commute to Boca Grande, FL 33921 (required)
• Ability to relocate to Boca Grande, FL 33921 (preferred)
• Willingness to travel 25% (required)
• Work location: In person
