Housekeeping Attendant

Cork Factory Hotel / Cork & Cap Restaurant is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to support clean, well-maintained facilities and strong guest experiences in Lancaster, PA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange all assigned areas to meet required cleanliness standards within scheduled time limits
• Provide excellent customer service while completing housekeeping duties
• Prepare daily job lists and document all serviced rooms
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good working condition
• Identify and report shortages, damages, and any security-related issues
• Address reasonable guest complaints or requests and coordinate with other team members as needed
• Monitor and check stocking levels for all consumable items
• Follow health and safety regulations and operate in line with company policies and applicable licensing laws

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant housekeeping or cleaning role
• Ability to work independently while staying motivated
• Customer service orientation
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professional approach with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the English language

Compensation

• Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
